The Must-See London Gigs of March 2026 / by Jack Gobbe

The skies are (almost) blue and spring is (almost here). As we leave hibernation and get back to live music, here’s where you’ll find us in the London live music scene this month

Dave // The 02 // 5th-11th March

Gearing up for his first headline tour since 2021, Dave is set for a big comeback with the release of ‘The Boy Who Played the Harp’ under his belt. Catch him at The 02 over 4 dates

Viagra Boys // Alexandra Palace // 6th March

It feels like an Ally Pally headline show was a matter of time for Viagra Boys.

The Swedish punk rockers have been turning heads since their inception 8 years ago, with the release of their latest record (‘viagr aboys’) solidifying them as a true force to be reckoned with. Catch them at Ally Pally.

Cardinals // The Garage // 11th March

I first caught The Cardinals supporting Been Stellar in late 2024, since catching them on the stacked Fontaines D.C bill at Finsbury Park. Like both of those bands they supported, The Cardinals are bringing a fresh sound to the once-tired alternative scene, and it’s about time they hit the iconic Garage for a headline show.

Ken Carson // OVO Arena // 16th March

Fresh off a Playboi Carti support, expect sweaty moshpits at a Ken Carson show.

His 2025 release, ‘More Chaos’, emphasised Carson’s affinity for truly chaotic live performances. Join the riot at OVO Arena this month

Echo & Bunnymen // The Roundhouse // 18th March

Your favourite band’s favourite band. One of those bands I never expected to see perform live, but here we are! True pioneers of the post-punk genre, I could go on and on. You’ll have to see it at The Roundhouse to believe it.

Wu-Tang Clan // O2 // 18th March

Speaking of pioneers! I get so hyped when I see Wu Tang assemble the OG crew, and with a very special guest in Havoc of Mobb Deep fame supporting them, this is a true old head’s dream at The 02.

Danny Brown // KOKO // 19th March

The many sounds of Danny Brown are hard to explain, but best experienced in a live setting.

With a sonic palette that spans punk, glitch-pop and southern hip-hop, catch him at KOKO.

Armand Hammer // Scala // 19th March

Stalwarts of the underground hip-hop scene, the cutting lyricism of billy woods and ELUCID backed by the uncoventionally mesmerising production of The Alchemist, what’s not to love? Find them at the legendary Scala in Kings Cross.

James Blake // Union Chapel // 24th March

We’re so blessed to be living in the same world as James Blake. After speaking out about the tribulations of the music industry, the transcendent artist is returning with his debut independent release and a London-exclusive performance.

Thundercat // The 02 Academy Brixton // 25th March

The maestro himself.

Thundercat’s artistry is felt across the modern jazz, hip-hop and electronic scene,  and best experienced live at The 02 Academy Brixton.

Geese // Eventim Apollo // 25th March

Have you heard of Geese??! We know you have, but see what all the hype is about at their highly anticipated London show at Eventim Apollo.

Bar Italia // The Roundhouse // 26th March

Big one for the homegrown London art-pop trio! They bring a reckless energy to their live show that I really dug last time, keen to see them take on a bigger stage at The Roundhouse.

Last Dinosaurs // The Garage // 29th March

Absolute nostalgia trip for me, heavyweights of the 2010 Aussie indie sound. Can’t explain how many times I’ve listened to ‘Wellness’, first show sold out, so best grab tix while available at The Garage.
